Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel for four days at the beginning of August in one of their single rooms. You definitely get what you pay for here. The hotel is conveniently located at the front of the building, which is a plus, but unfortunately, the room did not have an air conditioner during my stay.
I recently stayed at the hotel and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms were not as spacious as I expected, making it feel less comfortable than other hotels I've been to. The value for money was a bit off since it didn't meet our expectations, especially since this stay was a special surprise for my partner. However, the location was convenient for transportation and shopping, which was a plus.
The hotel's rooms were warm and lacked a view but provided comfort and cleanliness. The service was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The location was superb, near both the city center and the train station. The dining experience was minimal, not meeting the highest standards. Overall, a good value for money option with some room for improvement.
The hotel is perfectly located close to the railway/bus stations, the lake, and the old town. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and bedding, a large bathroom, and good shower. The staff are really friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The dining options are satisfactory, but the price may not match the experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were spacious, airy, and well-lit, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The service was a bit lacking in communication initially, but the staff was very nice and welcoming overall. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city center and close to various transportation options. The dining options were decent, though breakfast could use a bit more variety. The facilities were good, but some areas could benefit from renovation.
The hotel was perfect for a night in Geneva, offering warmth during the winter without air conditioning. However, the lack of soundproofing allowed noise from adjacent rooms.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right across the street from Manor and close to the train stations. The rooms were clean and spacious, albeit a bit basic, with a charming balcony. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and even going the extra mile to print our boarding passes. The dining experience was decent, although I wished for a few more options. The facilities were great overall, making my stay comfortable and convenient.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, perfectly located near Plaza Mayor. The rooms were bright, with a new coat of paint, clean, and offered great views across Geneva. The atmosphere near the reception was excellent, with a selection of great books and good coffee/tea. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. The location was very convenient, close to the train station and the airport. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options available.
The hotel is centrally located in Geneva, near the old town, city center, and the train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, while a bit old-fashioned, provided a comfortable space for relaxing or working. The heating system was overly warm with no guest controls, which could be uncomfortable for some visitors. The service was professional, polite, and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
The hotel's location is perfect, allowing easy access to the old city, shopping, and the train station. The rooms may feel a bit dated and lacking air conditioning for Switzerland, but the service is top-notch with super helpful and kind staff who are fluent in English. The dining options are basic but satisfactory, and the facilities meet the needs of a comfortable stay.
